Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer
The content below is a self-drafted placeholder for testing, has no official legal standing yet, and is awaiting legal review. You can still read all of it as normal.
1. You can request deletion at any time
Adly supports two ways to request deletion of your personal and organisational data:
- Self-service in the app: go to Settings → My data → Request account deletion.
- Through Facebook: if you remove the Adly app from your Facebook account (Settings → Apps and websites), Meta automatically sends a deletion request to Adly via a technical callback — nothing further is needed from you.
- Email hotro@adly.asia directly with your organisation name and registered email if neither route above works.
2. What gets deleted
- Personal account details (name, email, phone number).
- Meta connection tokens and the access you granted.
- Draft campaigns, automation rules and synced performance figures.
- Media uploaded to Adly's storage.
3. What is retained for legal reasons
Invoices and payment records are kept for the accounting retention period required by Vietnamese law and cannot be deleted earlier, even on request.
Minimal security logs (sign-in times, IP addresses) may be kept for up to 90 days to support fraud investigation, then deleted automatically.
4. Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of Adly verifying the requester's identity. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion completes.
